Rain policy Light rain: we shoot. Heavy rain or unsafe sea: free reschedule to the next available day during the guest’s stay. If no day is possible: advance is refunded, or held for a later visit.

Planning the extras Havelock is a small island, and specialist decoration vendors and makeup artists may be limited. Extras may need to be arranged locally or brought in from Port Blair. Tell us what you have in mind early so availability, logistics and any extra costs can be discussed before your shoot.
Cancellation Policy 30 days or more before the booking date: 100% refund of the amount paid. 15–29 days before the booking date: 50% refund of the amount paid. Less than 15 days before the booking date: No refund. Please note that all cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
